Construction has begun on the new Crossman Peak Tower that will hold
the new KAIH antenna. This improvement will significantly improve our
coverage area, utilizing a solar array to power the transmitter.
The tower is a joint project of local broadcasters and will be home to
several radio stations. Our engineering team is assisting with construction,
which involves using a helicopter to carry the concrete and tower sections to
the top of the mountain.
The solar system that will power KAIH has been completed and is now
operational, thanks to the prayers and support of many listeners. Each of the
12 solar batteries were sponsored as well as 52 solar panels, which receive
energy from the sun and converts it to power (electricity) that allows us to share
the good news of the Son (Jesus)!
Last June, many sponsored batteries or solar panels to honor loved ones.
Fifty-two names or slogans have been affixed to solar panels atop Crossman
Peak. And a plaque, where solar batteries are housed, reflects your heart for
sharing the Gospel. It’s a wonderful testimony of people working together to
share a Christ-centered message that brings hope, healing, and salvation to
the lost!
Thank you for making this project possible through your prayers and
support!
